Practice Yoga From Home
Practice along to these recordings to get a feel for my teaching style. Remember that your body is the real teacher, so listen more closely to your body than to my voice. If something doesn't feel right in your body, ease off, or come into child's pose to recenter and regroup. These recordings reflect portions of my all-levels classes
This 10 minute flow is designed to open up the hips, beginning in mountain pose, it flows through warrior 1, warrior 2, triangle, wide-legged forward bend, low lunge, downward-facing dog and half-pigeon.
Twists & Abs
This 10-minute flow includes twists and ab strengthening poses. I suggest warming up by practicing some sun salutations and/or the hip opening flow above. This recording begins with mountain pose, and flows through malasana (squat), bakasana (crow), crescent lunge, crescent lunge twist, utkanasana (chair), utkanasana twist, big-toe pose, high to low-pushups, upward-facing dog, downward-facing dog and "air chair".
